Job summary

Five Guys Operations LLC in Spring Hill, TN seeks a hands-on Shift Leader to run daily operations, lead by example, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll work side-by-side with the team, cover cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed, while upholding brand standards and safety.

We’re looking for 1–2 years of restaurant or retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead by doing and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
