You’ll lead the shift, step in to run operations when management isn’t on site, and work side-by-side with your team to deliver fast, friendly service and a great guest experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality, strong communication, basic math, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication and team-first mindset required.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Work across roles—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
