Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong communications skills
• Leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room - no task is too small
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experience
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members
• Help train new team members and build a strong culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
