Five Guys Operations LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced restaurant team, leading by example and delivering an exceptional guest experience on every shift. You’ll step into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles, coaching crew and maintaining brand standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and POS skills are essential to keep service quick and accurate while fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment. Real growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communicationskills.
• Leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
