Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and people-skills for a team environment.

• Remain calm and make decisions quickly under pressure.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Work across roles—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and reinforce a positive culture.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
