Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Manager to coach Crew Members during shifts and ensure operation standards and guest satisfaction.

You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include team communication, training support, coaching, and maintaining a guest-first culture with urgency, while managing shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work up to 35 hours.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Support training of crew members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Deliver guest-first service and uphold brand standards.
