Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Wing Certified Trainer certification in at least one hourly position
• Shift Leader certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members and management
• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues resolved
• Open and close the restaurant, including paperwork
• Manage labor on the shift and monitor safety and security
• Address guest complaints and ensure service quality
• Perform daily checks (QSC, bar/heart of house line checks) and ensure proper storage of food and liquor
