Buffalo Wild Wings in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team, provide coverage during peak periods, and step in when a Manager is absent.

The role focuses on leading Team Members, delivering guest satisfaction, supervising front and back of house operations, opening and closing the restaurant, handling shift paperwork, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Wing Certified Trainer certification in at least one hourly position
• Shift Leader certification

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach Team Members and management
• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues resolved
• Open and close the restaurant, including paperwork
• Manage labor on the shift and monitor safety and security
• Address guest complaints and ensure service quality
• Perform daily checks (QSC, bar/heart of house line checks) and ensure proper storage of food and liquor
