Angry Chickz is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver a high standard of customer service. You will oversee opening/closing tasks, mentor staff, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts, strong communication, and a commitment to restaurant excellence. High school diploma is required, with experience in leadership within food service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors team deployment as schedule dictates.
• Conducts shift walk-through and completes tasks to open, transition, and close the restaurant.
• Engages with guests to ensure service and enjoyment standards.
• Performs some food preparation or service tasks when necessary.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness standards throughout shifts.
• Completes shift administration and banking tasks.
• Monitors food preparation methods, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Ensures compliance with health department regulations regarding cleanliness and temperature control.
• Ensures break and meal periods are observed as mandated.
• Addresses and resolves customer concerns or feedback professionally.
• Trains and guides new team members, setting expectations.
