Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our Atlanta unit. You will supervise staff, assist with daily operations, and ensure top‑notch guest service by greeting guests, explaining menu items, and promoting promotions.

You’ll help with cash handling, opening/closing duties, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness to company standards. Requirements include a GED or high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer‑centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, deliver superior service, and promote menu items and promotions.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance cash at shift start/end.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and proper food storage per standards.
• Open/close the unit, manage inventory, stocking, and unit appearance.
• Observe safety guidelines and train associates to maintain standards.
