Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a full-time, on-site supervisor in Atlanta to oversee daily guest service operations and assist with cash handling, food preparation, and safety adherence. You will lead team members in the absence of management, ensure unit cleanliness, and support training to maintain high service standards.

Must have 1-2 years of supervisory and customer service experience, with the ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification.

Responsibilities

Ensures guest receives superior service with a friendly environment and prompt greeting.
Communicates and explains menu items, products, and promotions to guests.
Completes cash handling duties and processes payments.
Cooks and stores food at required temperatures per company standards.
Assist management with monitoring daily operations and lead staff in absence of management.
Open/close duties including cash management, inventory, stocking, and unit appearance.
Adhere to policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
Support training of associates to maintain unit standards and customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and opening/closing side work per checklists.
Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices and report equipment malfunctions.
