Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and effectively communicate information to customers and co workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service per established standards.
• Communicate, explain and suggestively sell menu offerings, products and promotions to guests.
• Verify cash drawer/bank and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Process orders and accept payments.
• Cook and store food at required temperatures; label, date, and rotate products.
• Perform food preparation duties per company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of area; handle trash, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, sanitize tables and counters.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to safety standards for equipment use and report malfunctions.
• Perform opening/closing side work per checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
