Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience performing as a team member.
• Completed Shift Manager Training required.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer concerns promptly using BAM to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspires and motivates crew members and management to exceed performance.
• Leads the team in collecting and acting upon VOC feedback.
