Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong team coaching, communication and guest-service skills.
• Must meet all state/local food safety and alcohol service requirements.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Coach, develop and support Team Members to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and company standards.
• Monitor labor, service and operational efficiency during shifts.
• Run pre-shift meetings and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist with hiring, training and retention of Team Members.
