Responsabilidades

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensure cleaning duties and sanitation standards are followed.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant positions as needed to support the team.
• Provide exceptional Guest experiences and resolve issues with the General Manager.
