Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager in California to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a frontline team. You’ll ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety while resolving issues and guiding staff through peak periods.

Responsibilities include decision-making during shifts, optimizing service flow, and maintaining standards. Eligible candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to develop leadership skills with Jamba Ohana.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Basic math and computer skills; comfortable with smartphones/tablets.
• Food handler certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when and how to elevate matters to store leadership.
