You will ensure safety, inventory, and cash handling while maintaining cleanliness and high service standards throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Previous management and customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Maintain an active floor presence for extended periods.
• Knowledge of service environment and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across areas.
• Record and report guest activities, sales, and deposits.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations.
• Communicate business needs to management and staff.
• Staffing, scheduling, and task assignment for locations.
• Monitor safety, liquor and gaming compliance as applicable.
