• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Ensure proper pricing, signage, and local regulatory compliance.
