Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience required, 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine
• Oversee completion of Shift Excellence tasks and keep a clean, neat appearance
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide regular feedback to GM on Team Member performance
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates and labor management
