Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in Dayton, OH to drive daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure quick, high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, upholding food safety standards, handling cash, and collaborating with the GM on business initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to own shift success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with preference for 3 months shift lead experience.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members and ensure Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to GM and train Team Members.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
• Support inventory control and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
