Job summary

Krystal is seeking an entry–mid level Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily operations and to model Krystal's Core Values.

You will help ensure compliance with standards in product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance and financial accountability, coaching A+ talent.

This role emphasizes people development, cash control and safety to drive guest satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one (1) or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software - proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• May be required to travel to other locations, e.g. other stores, bank, meetings as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Support management in daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Assist with training and coaching A+ talent to achieve key performance results.
• Foster customer-focused culture and resolve guest issues.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, labor and food control procedures.
• Maintain food safety through direct observation during shifts.
