Qualificações

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Execute MIC Success Routine to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shifts, ensuring tasks and cleanliness are up to standard.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and training.
• Support cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee product prep, rotation, and holding times.
• Uphold health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
