Job summary

Krystal is seeking an entry-mid level Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily restaurant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and service aligned with Krystal’s standards.

You will help train and coach A+ talent, monitor cash handling, inventory, and labor, and drive guest satisfaction on each shift. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to brand values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Travel to other locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• People: train, retain and recognize A+ talent and build high-performing employees.
• Customer: resolve customer issues and train staff to meet service standards.
• Sales: ensure restaurant level plan and marketing initiatives are implemented.
• Profit: manage cash/security, inventory, labor and food cost controls during shifts.
