Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will lead shifts, ensure smooth execution of opening and closing tasks, cash handling, inventory checks, and maintain a welcoming coffee bar for customers.

The role requires 1 year in a leadership capacity and experience with POS systems, plus availability a minimum of three days per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays. Laid-back yet professional team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling in related industry.
• Shift Leads must be able to work minimum three days a week (including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
