Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, lead team members, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. This role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a welcoming coffee bar atmosphere.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of leadership and POS experience, availability for a minimum of three days per week, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Schedule availability of at least three days a week (including mornings/evenings/weekends).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, deploying tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging service and high product quality.
