Job summary

Peet's Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee task deployment, cash handling, and inventory while maintaining a welcoming coffeebar environment.

Qualified candidates will have leadership experience and solid POS skills, with availability for a flexible part-time schedule and a commitment to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
