Peet’s Coffee seeks a Shift Lead to manage daily shifts, lead the team, and ensure smooth service. You will handle cash, oversee inventory, and maintain a welcoming coffeebar environment, while modeling quality and guest focus. This role supports flexible part-time schedules and benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling.
• Availability to work at least three days per week, including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with task deployment and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers, showcasing craft, and maintaining high product quality.
• Support a positive team environment through clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
• Execute opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates during shifts.
• Embrace learning and change to keep shifts running smoothly.
