Einstein Bros. Bagels in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to set the tone and morale, open and close the store, and ensure food quality and cleanliness.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 or older. ServSafe Certification is required before leadership training, and a valid driver’s license is preferred at some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe Certification is required prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster growth and high performance.
