Einstein Bros. Bagels in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations and deliver a standout guest experience. You’ll partner with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and uphold quality and safety in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, and obtain ServSafe certification prior to leadership training. A valid driver’s license is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
