Einstein Bros. Bagels in Georgia is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate a team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach staff, and ensure clean, safe preparation of all foods and beverages.

The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth, competitive pay with tips, and benefits after the 90‑day mark. A ServSafe certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license may be required at some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required or able to acquire prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to motivate team and deliver great guest experience.
• Open and close store with supervision; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Help manage daily operations and ensure quality food and beverage service.
