Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision while maintaining a clean, safe environment and setting the morale and tone of the cafe.

Eligible candidates are 18+, able to work varied hours including early shifts, and must be able to pass a background check; ServSafe certification is required before completing leadership training. Training supports career growth toward GM roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Help grow careers, with opportunities to advance to General Manager roles.
