Peet’s Coffee is hiring a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations, lead shifts, and deliver top-tier customer experiences in a fast-paced coffee bar. The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership role and POS/cash handling experience, with availability for a minimum of three days per week and compliance with employment policies.

The position is on-site with a flexible part-time schedule. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, vacation accrual after 4 months, free beverages and baked

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Shift Leads must maintain schedule availability minimum three days a week (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Must comply with Peet's Employment of Minors policies and work with/minors.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.
