Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Lot Attendant at Civic Center Garage in Providence, RI. You will manage guest parking, support daily site operations, and uphold Towne Park’s service standards with a focus on hospitality and safety.

Position offers flexible evening schedules (3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM). A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest/patient service is delivered consistently across all shifts.
• Effectively allocate labor resources to support service delivery and adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the client’s facility, services, and parking details.
• Deliver aggressive hospitality and greet guests with proper customer service.
• Assist with vehicle parking, directions, and retrieval procedures.
• Involve in hiring and onboarding new associates, and provide coaching to the team.
• Coordinate with the District Manager and client staff to exceed expectations.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, timekeeping, and revenue reporting per shift.
