Propark Mobility is hiring Parking Attendants in Rhode Island for full-time, part-time, and on-call roles to start immediately. The position involves guiding patrons to parks, issuing tickets, processing exceptions, and recording activity on daily shift reports. A positive, customer-service oriented demeanor is essential.

Qualified applicants should be at least 18, with a high school diploma preferred. Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualificações

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
• Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.
• Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.
• Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
• May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to maintenance checklists.
• Other special projects as assigned by location management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
