The role involves standing and walking, outdoor work in varying weather, and multi-tasking across ticketing, signage, and directing traffic during events.

Qualifications

• Prior parking experience preferred.
• Customer service and cash handling abilities are a must.
• Must be polite, friendly and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Hours vary including nights and weekends.
• Must stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without assistance.
• Visual observation of close, distance, and peripheral.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers entering parking lots.
• Communicate parking information to the public.
• Sell parking tickets and accept cash or credit payments.
• Use a credit machine with PIN and codes.
• Work in various parking locations and positions.
• Document all cars through the booth as assigned.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Park and guide cars quickly and safely.
• Monitor the lot during events and report issues.
• Provide a positive and friendly experience to customers.
• Set up signs, cones, and reserved parking signs.
• Identify and solve parking issues; prevent where possible.
• Provide directions as needed.
