Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. You will supervise service and food preparation, open/close shifts, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and food quality while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will coach team members, monitor labor metrics, handle guest concerns, and work hands-on across all restaurant stations to deliver the Six Service Standards and PLUS 1. Competitive hourly pay plus tips and full-time benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled and projected labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Work hands-on with team in all restaurant positions.
• Oversee opening/closing duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Handle guest issues or conflicts and report to the General Manager.
