Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and food quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to train and develop team members in a fast-paced environment. A high-energy, customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
