Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences. You will uphold brand standards, ensure food quality and restaurant cleanliness, and act as a coach for peers within the leadership team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to supervise in a fast-paced environment with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong focus on restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Good oral and written communication; basic business math and accounting skills.
• Must be flexible to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
