Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking a hard-working restaurant management professional to lead shifts in a fast-paced, fast-casual environment. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain daily operational tasks to meet budgeted goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and delivering a high-quality guest experience. Nights and weekends are required; leadership and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift by supervising front- and back-of-house staff.
• Balance cash drawers and daily cash handling.
• Ensure product quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Schedule staff to meet guest demand and manage labor costs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
