Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced café environment. You will manage shift tasks, cash handling, and inventory while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

The role supports flexible part-time scheduling and growth opportunities. Qualifications include at least 1 year in a leadership role, 1 year of POS experience, legal work eligibility in the United States, and availability on multiple days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• Minimum 1 year experience with POS/cash handling in related industry.
• Shift Leads must maintain availability of at least 3 days per week to meet business needs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities
