Swig in Humble, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations with a friendly, customer-first mindset. You will train teammates, manage checklists and deposits, and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.

Your leadership will guide a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include stocking, prep, and rotations, assisting with to-go orders, and maintaining safety and sanitation.

Qualifications
