Job summary

Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help the store run smoothly, maintain high standards, and deliver an unforgettable experience. You’ll wear many hats—from greeting guests and crafting drinks to keeping the space spotless and stocked.

You’ll train teammates, manage daily tasks, supervise safety, assist with to-go orders, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus; must be 16 or older; eVerify used.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail to ensure high standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Regular, predictable attendance.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
