Job summary

Swig in Fairview, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to help the store run smoothly and uphold Swig’s high standards. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming, clean dining area while keeping operations efficient.

You’ll craft drinks and food following Swig’s procedures, handle to-go orders, manage prep and stock, and support the team with a positive, reliable presence in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 16; restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Food handler's permit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Train, mentor and communicate with team members.
• Prepare and stock food, drinks, and supplies; rotate as needed.
• Craft drinks and food following Swig’s procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across dining, prep and workspaces.
