Job summary

Swig in Houston is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure smooth store operations and deliver the signature Swig experience. You’ll supervise teammates, train staff, and keep the dining area clean while maintaining a fast, friendly service standard.

You will handle prep, deposits, to-go orders, and upsell opportunities, all while upholding Swig’s values and policies. Must be at least 16 and bring restaurant experience if possible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Food handler's permit required or eligible.
• Reliable transportation may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Train and mentor team members to meet standards.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food and supplies.
• Craft drinks and food following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders.
• Rotate through shifts and manage checklists.
• Uphold company policies and customer service values.
• Encourage add-ons and upsell items.
