Taco Bell in California is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations on a busy shift, ensuring friendly service and safe, quality food. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and guiding team members to uphold Taco Bell standards.

You will own problem-solving, communicate openly with management about concerns, train staff, monitor cleanliness and safety, and help with deposits and scheduling feedback. Flexible hours expected.

Formación

• 6 months+ experience in food or customer service with shift responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers by taking orders, processing sales and monies.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints with a smile.
• Train and motivate team members; ensure speed of service during shift.
• Prepare food and maintain quality to company standards.
• Monitor service equipment and safety conditions.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment including parking lot and surroundings.
• Communicate openly with management about operational issues.
• Maintain adequate food levels and stock as needed.
• Build team morale through recognition and motivation.
• Prepare deposits and provide feedback on schedules and financials.
• Ensure staff comply with all policies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
