Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in Taft, CA is seeking a Shift Manager who ensures team members complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly environment. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You take ownership of issues, guide others, train and motivate staff, maintain speed of service, manage deposits and schedules, and ensure a clean, safe workplace and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitors service equipment and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicates with management about operational issues and scheduling.
