Job summary

Swig in Hurst is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will train teammates, manage prep and stocking, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety while promoting a fast-paced, enjoyable work environment.

Candidates should bring strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and a food handler's permit is preferred. Flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required or preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Regular, predictable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shift operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members to achieve goals.
