Job summary

Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to keep our store running smoothly, coach teammates, and uphold our quality and service standards. You’ll manage tasks, assist with deposits, and help create a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across all areas while supporting to-go and delivery orders. Prior experience is a plus in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Regular, predictable attendance and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits.
• Train, mentor and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep and rotate food, supplies and chemicals.
• Craft quality drinks and food following procedures.
• Ensure a clean dining room, outdoor areas and workspaces.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain food rotation and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance customer experiences.
