Job summary

Swig Lehi is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, train team members, and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll cover drink and food prep, maintain cleanliness, and support to-go orders while upholding Swig’s standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.
