Job summary

Swig in Hurricane, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to help run the store, deliver fast, friendly service, and uphold Swig’s high standards. You’ll guide a small team, manage checklists, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include training teammates, stocking and prepping, crafting drinks/food, handling to-go orders, and maintaining a clean dining area. Must be at least 16; prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at the Swig location.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.

• Assist with to-go and delivery orders; ensure accuracy.
