Job summary

Swig is looking for a dedicated Shift Lead in Round Rock to help deliver fast, friendly service and maintain Swig’s high standards. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy store.

Responsibilities include completing store checklists, coaching staff, stocking, prepping, handling deposits, assisting with to-go orders, and keeping the dining area clean and safe. Must be at least 16, and restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Restaurant shift lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler permit required.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food by following Swig's procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining area and workspace.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
